Communications, Creative and Marketing Services

The Belton ISD is interested in receiving proposals from qualified vendors to provide Communications, Creative and Marketing Services to the District.  If you were awarded RFP #2309-275-322, there is no need to respond to this proposal.    Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within the request for proposal. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this proposal term.    TERM: The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with three (3) automatic one (1) year renewals not to exceed a four (4) years total.   Belton ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services.   THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award.   Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
