Retail/General Merchandise Stores, Grocery Stores, Food Suppliers And Restaurant/Catering

Carroll Independent School District ("CISD" or "District") is requesting proposals for Retail/General Merchandise Stores, Grocery Stores, Food Suppliers and Restaurant/Catering vendors.   Carroll ISD must adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure for purchases of goods and services.  One method to seek bids and proposals for goods and services is to issue a "Catalog" RFP in order to establish an approved list of vendors from which District employees can purchase from on an as needed basis.  This is a Multi-Award RFP for Retail/General Merchandise Stores, Grocery Stores, Food Suppliers and Restaurant/Catering vendors.     It is the intent of CISD to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the needs of the District. Therefore, if you would like to do business with CISD you MUST complete a response to this request.  Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated.     The contract term for this request is for the 2023-2024 school year; with three (3) additional years to include 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, at the mutual agreement between the District and the vendor(s).   Awards will be made to multiple vendors throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response.  Proposers will then be notified of the district's decision.     The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum, as needed.  The District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(s) and to accept the proposal(s) which offer the best advantage to CISD.
