Program Evaluator Services

The County of Santa Clara (County) Health System Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD) is seeking statements of qualifications (Responses) from qualified and experienced firms, hereafter (Offerors) to provide evaluation services to support various programs, including but not limited to programs that receive funding from the County General Fund (CGF), federal, and/or state (e.g., Mental Health Services Act [MHSA], Administration for Children and Families [ACF], U.S. Department of Agriculture [USDA]) funding. Refer to the RFSQ solicitation invitation Section I.A.2 for details on the solicitation process.  DEADLINE TO SUBMIT WRITTEN RFSQ QUESTIONS IN PERISCOPE HOLDINGS Submit all written questions through www.periscopeholdings.com/s2g by the due date listed in Section II.A of this RFSQ. The County shall not respond to questions submitted in any other manner or format. Please cite the RFSQ section, subsection, and page number that each question references.
