2023 Supportive Housing NOFA

OC Housing & Community Development (OCHCD) 2023 Orange County Supportive Housing NOFA   OC HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (OCHCD) released the 2023 Supportive Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) on March 20th , 2023, making available up to $67.1 million dollars of Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program (Home), HOME American Rescue Plan Act (HOME-ARPA), Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Funds (ARPA-SLFRF), to promote the acquisition, new construction, and acquisition/rehabilitation of supportive housing and up to 210 Housing Choice, Mainstream and/or Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Project Based Vouchers for Orange County’s extremely low-income households experiencing homelessness.   Funds are available until the NOFA closes, is replaced by a new NOFA, or until all available funds are committed via Board of Supervisors action, whichever occurs first.
