Request For Qualifications (RFQ) For Architecture And Engineering Services

Through this RFQ, the CPD will establish a pool of pre-qualified responsible firms that will be eligible to provide architecture and engineering services to the CPD in the following five (5) categories of work for this pool, firms may submit their qualifications for one, some, or all five categories of work: (i) Architecture; (ii) Civil and Structural Engineering; (iii) Landscape Architecture; (iv) Environmental Engineering and (v) ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION SERVICES. Candidates whose qualification submittal have been determined by the CPD to be qualified in accordance with the evaluation criteria, will be recommended for inclusion in the pool. The recommendation of firms for inclusion in the pool will be presented to the Board for their approval, and upon Board approval, master contracts will be executed with each firm approved by the Board covering general terms and conditions other than fee or the specific scope of work.
