Municipal Waste Services

The purpose of the Municipal Waste Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide municipal waste services. This ITQ contract is open to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.Please click here to view a list of ITQ Contracts and related documents.First, suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number.
