Employer Based CDL Testing for Transit Providers

The State of Oregon, acting by and through ODOT's Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division hereby provides public notice of the approval of Special Procurement # SP-1116-19. This notice of Special Procurement is to allow ODOT/DMV to enter into agreements directly with qualified providers to provide 3rd Party Commercial Driver License testing for privately owned transit providers without using a competitive process.
