The goal is to build teacher capacity while developing a high quality, collaborative, professional learning culture in the participating schools, and /or networks of schools. Service Components: Professional Development for Multiple Pathways - support professional learning that will directly help teachers make the necessary adjustments in classroom practice that will lead to improved student outcomes, including meeting standards and postsecondary readiness. Professional Development for Career and Technical Education - support teachers and classroom instruction as well as other CTE goals related to work-based learning, career exploration, engagement of employer partners and related technical education goals.
