Plumbing and electrical systems will be inspected and repaired as needed, including grounding improvements and water line verification.Exterior improvements include a new metal fence, replacement of the driveway, and installation of a new patio cover.The contractor shall has solid experience in residential rehabilitation projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and capable of delivering quality work in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
