2026 Street Paving Project

Old Forge Borough is seeking bids for the 2026 Street Paving Project, which will be accepted until 3:00 pm on September 15, 2026, at the Old Forge Borough Building located at 310 S. Main Street, Old Forge, PA 18518. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the next scheduled Council meeting. The project involves paving and roadway repair improvements at various locations throughout the Borough, along with all related work as indicated in the construction plans.A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams at 9:00 A.M. on September 8, 2026. Attendance at this meeting is required for contractors to be eligible to bid on the project.Bidders must submit a bid accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the bid amount, made payable to Old Forge Borough. The Borough retains the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. If a written notice of acceptance is sent to the bidder within 60 days after the bid opening, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement as prescribed. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with all required forms and documents addressed to Old Forge Borough and clearly marked 'Bid for Old Forge Borough 2026 Street Paving Project'.
