Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Galvanized Water Services Replacement Project Phase 1 will be received at the office of QK, Inc., 2816 Park Avenue, Merced, CA 95348, up to 2:00 p.m., September 24, 2026, at which time subject bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The major work consists of replacing approximately 127 1” and 2 2” water services along with their respective meter boxes and lids and surface improvements, on various streets within the Delhi County Water District.
