Eatontown Housing Parcel 18.6 Acre Affordable Housing Residential Development

The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) is seeking offers from individuals or entities to acquire the Eatontown Housing Parcel, an approximately 18.6± acre tract of land. This property is intended for the construction of sixty-two affordable housing units, including eight one-bedroom units, thirty-six two-bedroom units, and eighteen three-bedroom units. Additional accessory uses such as greenhouses and hydroponic gardens are permitted. Proposals should focus on affordable housing opportunities for veterans, and market rate units are not allowed. The minimum bid for the property is $1,130,000.00. Interested parties must request a walk-through tour of the property by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. Offers can be delivered via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or in person to the FMERA offices. All offers must include the required documents as detailed in Section 5.1 OFFER REQUIREMENTS.
