Used Metal Park Slide

The Village of Bradford, Ohio, is inviting sealed bids for the purchase and removal of a used metal playground slide currently located on Village property. Bids will be accepted starting September 1, 2026, and must be submitted by September 14, 2026. Each bid must include the bidder's name, address, telephone number, bid amount, and signature. The slide is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties or representations regarding its condition, safety, or suitability for future use. The successful bidder will bear all costs, labor, equipment, and transportation needed to remove the slide from Village property. They will also assume all risks and liabilities associated with the removal, transportation, possession, installation, and future use of the slide, including any damage to Village property during removal.Bid documents containing the complete terms and conditions can be obtained from the Village of Bradford at 115 North Miami Avenue, Bradford, Ohio 45308. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village.
