Sealed bids addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas for the 2022 Street Improvements Project – Phase 3 for the City of Highland Village, Texas, hereinafter called the City in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents prepared by Schaumburg & Polk, Inc.
