Bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2026, at the specified address: 60 Hubbard Place, Clinton, NC 28328.A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the project site, located at the entrance of Boykin Drive in Clinton, NC.Bidders are required to request plans and specifications via email at boykinlakes@gmail.com. The Boykin Lakes Homeowners Association reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
