Asphalt Crack Filling

The Village of Bradford, Ohio, is inviting sealed bids for asphalt crack filling and sealing on various Village streets starting from September 1, 2026. The work involves cleaning, preparing, and sealing asphalt cracks that are inch or greater in width using SealMaster CrackMaster Supreme Hot-Applied Crack Sealant or an approved equivalent. Bidders should submit their bids based on a unit price per pound of crack-sealing material installed, which must cover all costs including material, labor, equipment, crack preparation, heating and application, mobilization, traffic control, fuel, cleanup, and any other necessary expenses to complete the work. The Village will determine the total quantity of material to be installed based on available funding. Sealed bids must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on September 14, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked with 'ASPHALT CRACK FILLING BID - DO NOT OPEN'. Plans, bid specifications, bid forms, and other related information can be obtained from the Village of Bradford at 115 North Miami Avenue, Bradford, Ohio. The Village of Bradford reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Village.
