Firefighting Equipment Groves Brand Extractors and Dryers

The Township of Montclair is inviting sealed bid proposals for the provision of firefighting equipment, specifically Groves brand extractors and dryers or equivalent. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm on September 23, 2026, at the Municipal Building located at 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey. At this time, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers on the first floor of the Municipal Building.Specifications for the bid can be obtained by emailing purchasing@montclairnjusa.org. For any questions or further information, interested parties can contact the Township at (973) 509-4983 or (973) 509-4982 during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process. The Township reserves the right to award the contract to one or more individuals or firms and may consider proposals for sixty days after receipt. The Township also reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept the proposal that is deemed most favorable to its interests.This notice will be published in the Star Ledger and posted on the Township of Montclair website.
