Quotations must be submitted via the Newark Board of Education Purchasing Department's electronic bidding platform at https://npssourcing.com/ before the deadline of 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.A virtual pre-submission meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. This meeting will provide bidders with an opportunity to review the required documents and the electronic submission process. Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.Bidders must contact Susan Balbosa at sbalbosa@nps.k12.nj.us to obtain user credentials for the bidding platform. When requesting credentials, bidders should include the solicitation name and number in their email.Additional instructions for registering for the bidding platform will be available starting Friday, August 28, 2026, on the Newark Board of Education website: http://www.nps.k12.nj.us/departments/purchasing/view-current-bids/. Quotations will be opened virtually and announced immediately after the submission deadline.Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The contract award will be supported by federal funds, including the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, and Child and Adult Care Food Program. The Newark Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals and/or waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions in a proposal.
