Project questions shall be directed to www.CivCastUSA.com. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Bid Documents are on file, for review only, at the office of the Purchasing Department, 298 West Washington Street, Stephenville, Texas 76401. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany the bid. The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed otherwise when the best interest of the city will be realized hereby. Bid award is not solely based on price alone. A bid may be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. No bid may be modified after above time and date. Bids shall be held firm for a period of 60 days unless otherwise stated.
