All bidders are encouraged to attend and should sign in at the meeting, which will also be attended by the Owner, Architect, and Engineer.The anticipated award of the contract is set for October 21, 2026, with construction expected to start on October 22, 2026, and substantial completion anticipated by June 25, 2027.Bidders are required to submit lump sum proposals for this project at the designated time, and these bids will be publicly opened.
