Late, telephone, facsimile and or unsigned responses to the RFB shall not be accepted. All responses shall be held open to acceptance for sixty days from their opening. Late and/or faxed proposals shall not be accepted. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specifiedBids shall be submitted on the attached bid form in sealed envelopes, plainly marked “Bid #11-27 “and shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the above address.Proposers must be registered to submit a proposal or their proposals may not be accepted.
