Emergency Services Training Center

Northmoreland Township is seeking sealed bids for the construction and fabrication of an Emergency Services Training Center. This project includes a Class 'A' burn facility and ancillary components, located at 6 St. Florian Ln., Dallas, PA 18612.Bid documents will be available starting September 1, 2026. Interested bidders can obtain these documents by sending an email request to Northmorelandtwp@gmail.com.Sealed paper bids must be delivered to the Northmoreland Township Building at 15 Municipal Ln., Dallas, PA 18612, no later than September 15, 2026, at 12:15 PM. Bids should be clearly marked as Emergency Service Training Center. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:30 PM and read aloud at the Township Building. The Township will review the bids for completeness and address any questions. The contract will be awarded during the Regular Township meeting on September 29, 2026, at 7 PM at the Northmoreland Township Volunteer Fire Company Social Hall. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding process. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and all relevant state and local non-discrimination regulations is required for bidders.
