Exeter Garden 57-3 Apartment Renovation - Phase 3

The Housing Authority of the County of Luzerne is seeking bids for the renovation of approximately 28 units at the Exeter Garden 57-3 Apartment Renovation - Phase 3. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) on October 6, 2026, at the Housing Authority of the County of Luzerne, Community Room at Kingston Manor, 250 First Ave., Kingston, PA 18704, where they will be opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) at the Exeter Gardens Maintenance Facility, located at 500 Schooley Avenue, Exeter, PA 18643. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount along with their bids, as per the contract documents. The successful bidder will also need to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, both for 100% of their bid amount, within 15 days of the contract award. The bonding company must be listed in the U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570, and the successful bidder must be registered at SAM.gov. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening without the owner's consent.
