Shakopee Public Utilities Commission is looking for proposals for their Group Health and Welfare Benefits, which include Term Life, Supplemental Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and MN PFML. Proposals must be submitted electronically according to the specifications provided. Proposals must be submitted electronically to vrolstad@christensengroup.com no later than 10:30 a.m. on September 18, 2026. There will be no formal opening of proposals. Shakopee Public Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding, making an award that is most favorable and advantageous to the employees and Shakopee Public Utilities Commission, regardless of whether or not such quotation is the lowest. Proposal specifications and existing plan documents can be obtained from Christensen Group, the agent of record, by emailing a request to Vrolstad@chr.
