Construction Term for Trades - Site Work

SUNY Oneonta invites you to submit a bid for consideration for a term contract for work to be completed on a time and material basis. SUNY Oneontawill receive sealed proprosals for Term for Trades Construction Contract for Site Work until 2:00PM local time on September 22, 2026.  The term contract will be issued for a period of one year with the option for two One-Year renewals with the mutual agreement of the contracting parties.  Submission of two original executed copies of the Bid Form per trade and all attachments specified in the Information for Bidders are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Bid is for term contracts for time and material type work for the following trade: Site Work - PRC # 2026025347 A pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, local time, at the Facilities Planning Annex at 322 West Street, Oneonta, NY 13820. Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to SUNY Oneonta, Facilites Planning, Attn: Heather Farmer, 108 Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, NY, 13820, or mailed to SUNY Oneonta Attn: Heather Farmer, 108 Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, NY, 13820. Mailed bids should include time for internal campus mail delivery. Bids will be opened publicly at Facilites Planning Annex at 322 West St, Oneonta, NY 13820. For each proposal submitted, the followinginformation will be read aloud: 1) name of contractor; 2) trade for which they are bidding; and 3) The markup percentages entered on the BidForm. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
