RFP Annual Pressure Reducing Valve Maintenance and Emergency Services

Western Municipal Water District (Western Water) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance services on Western Water’s pressure regulating valves (PRVs) which are located throughout Western Water’s Potable/Recycled/Non-Potable distribution system. The annual preventative maintenance services consist of the following: repair, rehabilitation, testing, calibration, and emergency response services.Contractor shall submit a fee schedule that includes the hourly rates of the company. Refer to the fee schedule information listed in the RFP.Selection of the successful contractor shall be based on the evaluation criteria that is listed in the RFP. Western Water reserves the right to finalize contract terms which include contract duration and a not-to-exceed contract price with the successful contractor. At the minimum, the contract term shall be for 24 months and can be extended based on Western Water’s contract extension policies.
