RFP Line-Stop and Insertion Valve Services for 14-Inch and 30-Inch Water Main

Western Municipal Water District (Western Water) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide water line-stop and insertion valve services for 14-inch and 30-inch water mains at various District locations.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidental services necessary to perform line-stop and insertion-valve services for 14-inch and 30-inch water mains. All work shall be completed in accordance with the individual service authorization, approved product submittals, applicable laws and regulations, and Western Water requirements.Contractor shall submit a fee schedule that includes all installation, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidental services necessary to perform line-stop and insertion-valve services for 14-inch and 30-inch water mains. Selection of the successful contractor shall be based on the evaluation criteria that is listed in the RFP. Western Water reserves the right to finalize contract terms which include contract duration and a not-to-exceed contract price with the successful contractor.
