091072.06 Schumacher Hall Temp Chiller Tie In

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091072.06 titled Schumacher Hall Temp Chiller Tie In until 2:30 p.m. local time on September 22, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete sets of electronic Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from LaBella by emailing CRothfuss@labellapc.com . Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 made payable to LaBella, PC is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is September 15, 2026 by 5:00pm.
