Lease of Oki Park Open Space

City of Sacramento, YPCE Department seeks a non-profit, community-based organization (CBO) to lease the Oki Park Open Space area located at 8465 Lake Forest Drive. The City Code allows for the leasing of City facilities at below market rent in exchange for providing programs and services for the benefit of the public and surrounding community and managing operations of the leased area. The selected lessee will be responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and orderly agricultural operations in compliance with all park rules and utility easement requirements, and will have the opportunity to offer public engagement, education, and skill-building opportunities in urban agriculture.
