GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS   GENERAL INFORMATION: INTENTION: It is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District to receive proposals from interested vendors to provide BARRIENTES CTE FURNITURE. CONTRACT SERVICE PERIOD: This is a one time purchase. EEOC NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT: It is the policy of Edinburg CISD not to discriminate on the basis of sex, age, handicap, religion, race, color, or national origin in its educational programs.   PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payments will be made on the District's regular payment schedule.   TERMS:  Net 30 unless otherwise noted as an exception.   DELIVERY INFORMATION: The successful bidders will be given a reasonable length of time for delivery, however, purchase orders over thirty (30) days old are considered unreasonable.
