*** THIS IS NOT A BID *** The description of services intended for purchase from a single source is posted in accordance with section 3.9, Procurement Ordinance 25-11, and will be posted for a minimum of 15 business days. Commodity or Service Required: Purchase of UKG Kronos Hardware Maintenance Description: The Lee County department of Innovation & Technology seeks to execute a single source procurement for maintenance and equipment support for the County’s InTouch timeclocks by UKG Kronos Systems LLC. This includes continued hardware (time clock) support, software upgrades, and maintenance, repairs, and replacements, if required. This equipment is used for county-wide time-tracking services and is to coincide with the MSA in place for the UKG Kronos Workforce Management Software. Intended Single Source: UKG Kronos Systems LLC Justification for Single Source Acquisition: UKG Kronos Systems LLC is the sole developer of the Workforce Management Software currently under contract with Lee County. The InTouch timeclocks are integrated into their system and cannot be maintained, upgraded, serviced, or replaced by another company. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single-Source procurement method to purchase from UKG Kronos Systems LLC to supply the above.
