Lease of MCPS Holding Facilities: Grosvenor Center and Radnor Center

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified agencies, organizations, companies, or corporations interested in leasing either the whole or a portion of an unoccupied school facility on a short-term basis as outlined below:Grosvenor Center, 5701 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814 – Currently available through June 30, 2028.Radnor Center, 7000 Radnor Rd., Bethesda, MD 20817 – Currently available through June 30, 2028.The selected Offeror(s) will enter into lease agreement(s) with MCPS for use of the space. The selected Offeror(s) will demonstrate the ability to conduct operations within the space and make rent payments throughout the term of the lease. The space may be leased to a single tenant or multiple tenants, as may be appropriate for the specific location.
