Request For Qualifications Design-Build Services Idaho Agritech Academy New Campus Development

Idaho AgriTech Academy is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Design-Build Teams for the planning, design, and construction of a new permanent educational campus in Nampa, Idaho.The project is expected to encompass approximately 40,000 to 50,000 gross square feet of educational facilities along with associated site improvements, parking, utilities, outdoor learning environments, and future expansion opportunities. The chosen Design-Build Team will be responsible for project planning, site feasibility and validation, educational programming, design, cost estimating, scheduling, permitting, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.Selection will be based on qualifications, which include firm experience, key personnel, project understanding and technical approach, site evaluation and preconstruction capabilities, community partnership and local engagement, and relevant project experience.The RFQ was issued on August 14, 2026. The deadline for questions is August 25, 2026, and the Statements of Qualifications are due by September 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM MT.Interested firms can obtain the complete Request for Qualifications and submission requirements by contacting Johnathon Caradonna at Paradigm of Idaho via email at Johnathon@paradigm-ors.biz. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted following the requirements outlined in the RFQ.
