Generator Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, Repair Services and Related (T&M)

Paterson Public Schools is inviting bids for the maintenance, inspection, and repair services of generators. The work involves providing comprehensive services as outlined in the specifications. Bids will be received via Livestream Zoom on September 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The password for the Zoom meeting is 5050. Bidders must obtain specifications and other bid information at the Paterson Public Schools Purchasing Department located at 90 Delaware Ave., 4th floor, Paterson, New Jersey during regular business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For additional inquiries, bidders can contact Theresa Miller, QPA, Purchasing Agent, at tmiller@paterson.k12.nj.us. Bids must be submitted using the proposal forms included in the specifications and returned to Theresa Miller at the address provided above. This contract is subject to the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and all contractors and subcontractors must comply with its requirements.
