Grand Manure Stacking Facility Project

The Clinton County Conservation District is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Grand Manure Stacking Facility Project located at 209 German Rd, Lock Haven, PA 17745. This project is funded by the Agricultural Conservation Assistance Program and involves the site construction of a Manure Stacking Facility.A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all contractors. This conference will take place on September 14th at 9:00 a.m. on-site. Only those contractors who attend this pre-bid conference will be eligible to submit bids.Bids are due by September 29th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. They must be delivered or mailed to 45 Cooperation Lane, Mill Hall, PA 17751. Please note that electronic bids will not be accepted.
