Port of Whitman County - RFP- Qualified Environmental Professional

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Purpose The Port of Whitman County, Washington (Port) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite licensed and qualified firms to submit proposals to the Port to provide various professional services under its recently awarded FY2026 Brownfields Cleanup Cooperative Agreement from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) . This solicitation is being issued in part to comply with all applicable federal, state and local procurement rules and regulations including, but not limited to, 2 CFR 200 and 1500 as well as 40 CFR 33. Proposals Deadline: September 29, 2026, 2 p.m. PST. Submittals including all requested information must be received by the Port no later than the Proposals Deadline. Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Submittals that arrive on time, but are incomplete, and/or do not follow the submittal requirements will be rejected without review.
