Pavement Rehabilitation

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Wall, is seeking sealed bids for the pavement rehabilitation at the 18th Avenue Fire Station located at 1511 18th Avenue, Wall, New Jersey. The work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project, which encompasses milling and asphalt repaving, pavement re-striping, and removal of excess materials.A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Wall Fire District No. 1 Administrative Building. Attendance is strongly encouraged as it will be the only opportunity for bidders to meet with Fire District and Fire Company representatives.Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope labeled 'Pavement Rehabilitation' to the Wall Fire District No. 1 Administrative Building by 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2026. If submitting by mail, bids must be sent via Certified Mail and received by the specified time. Bid documents can be obtained electronically at no charge, while hard copies are available for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).Bidders must include an 'Ownership Disclosure Form' and 'Non-Collision Affidavit' with their bid, as well as proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury. Compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and Affirmative Action requirements is mandatory. A certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid price is required, along with a Certificate of Consent of Surety.
