4.44 mi of roadway reconstruction and bridge rehabilitation including concrete reconstruction, hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, intersection improvements, drainage work, sewer, traffic signal, signing, structural repairs and pavement markings on I-75 BL (Woodward Avenue Loop), M-59 from Southbound Woodward Avenue Loop to Northbound Woodward Avenue Loop and US-24BR (Cass Avenue) from Woodward Avenue Loop to US-24 (Cesar Chavez Avenue) in the city of Pontiac, Oakland County. This project includes a 3 year and 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties. ** Comb/Jt. 42380 B, Ea or Comb/Jt. 42380 B, K or Comb/Jt. 42380 Ea, K **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of B, Ea, K and L. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
