Roof Replacement for East Water Treatment Plant

Brookings Municipal Utilities is seeking bids for the construction of a roof replacement at the East Water Treatment Plant. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing roof materials and installing a new fully adhered 60 Mil Black membrane roof along with necessary accessories. This project includes the installation of membrane flashing, new metal coping, scuppers, and downspouts. The base bid must include a completion date in 2026, with an alternate bid option for mid-2027.There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project.Bids must be prepared using the forms provided in the Bidding Documents and submitted to the Chief Financial Officer at the Municipal Utilities Building, 525 Western Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006 by 1:30 PM local time on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
