Project Description:WestEd is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide technical support, subject matter expertise, and technical transition, training, and documentation services in support of the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Whole Child Equity Tool.The selected contractor will work collaboratively with WestEd and CDSS to support implementation and piloting of the Equity Tool and its eventual transition to CDSS systems and processes. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for complete requirements.Please refer to the scope of work document under the Documents tab for further information on specific deliverables. Period of Performance: Upon award through June 2027.Quote Requirements: Interested firms should submit a concise response that includes:- Approach: Brief description of the firm's proposed approach to completing the attached Scope of Work.- Qualifications and Experience: Relevant organizational and/or staff experience performing similar work, including technical support, data/equity tools, pilot support, technical transition, documentation, and training, as applicable.- Key Personnel: Identification of the primary personnel proposed to perform the work and their relevant qualifications.- Pricing: Total proposed not-to-exceed price for completion of the Scope of Work, including any applicable fees and expenses. A supporting cost breakdown may also be provided.- Availability: Confirmation that the firm has the capacity and availability to perform the work within the required period of performance.Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on the firm's qualifications and relevant experience, proposed approach, ability to meet the project requirements and timeline, and overall cost/value. WestEd reserves the right to select a firm other than the lowest-priced respondent when determined to provide the best overall value.Quotes must be submitted through PlanetBids by the deadline above.
