Uniontown Area YMCA Court Campus Modernization

The Uniontown Young Mens Christian Association (YMCA) is inviting bids for the Uniontown Area YMCA Court Campus Modernization project. Bids must be submitted by 1:15 p.m. on September 15, 2026, at the YMCA offices located at 1 YMCA Drive, Uniontown, PA, 15401, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on September 8, 2026, at the same location. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged for all contractors considering submitting a bid. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond or other security amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total bid with their submission. The project is subject to certain Federal and State requirements, including the payment of prevailing wages and non-discrimination in hiring and employment, which are detailed in the contract documents. Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, can be reviewed at the YMCA offices. Electronic copies of these documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $50. YMCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date of the opening.
