Southwest Sewer Improvements Phase 3 RFP

The intent of the project is to address sewer system deficiencies in southwest Bend. This solution generally includes extending gravity sewer mainline, decommissioning existing pump station(s) along the alignment, and installation of service laterals to properties served by onsite septic. The project may include transportation improvements, as described further in the Scope of Work. The project budget for design and construction is $3,600,000 allocated through the Water Reclamation Capital Improvement Program fund. Additional funding of $250,000 from the Stormwater fund is proposed for a total of $3,875,000 with the potential for additional limited Transportation funding for minor miscellaneous improvements.
