LSC Kingwood Fire Science Water Line and Septic System Project

This CSP is for the LSC Kingwood Fire Science Water Line and Septic System Project.   It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a vendor that can complete the project stated in the Scope of Work at Lone Star College System's Kingwood campus.   Please direct any questions regarding this CSP to Lydia Sterling, Sr. Commodity Manager, through the questions and answers tab. Competitive Sealed Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System eBid system. Bidders are required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all bid terms. The Lone Star College System will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the CSP until it is opened at 2:00 p.m. CST on September 25, 2026.    The proposals will be opened and read aloud virtually at 2:00 p.m. CST on September 25, 2026. (Webex link listed in the "Bid Activities" Tab).   The Lone Star College System ("LSCS" or "The System") enrolls over 80,000 credit students each semester providing high-quality, low-cost academic transfer and career training education.
