Used Diesel-Driven Self-Priming Bypass Pump Package

The Board of Supervisors of Salem Township is seeking bids for the provision and delivery of a used diesel-driven self-priming bypass pump package that is fully operational. The specifications include a maximum capacity of at least 1,320 GPM, automatic priming capability up to 28 feet of suction lift from a dry condition, a maximum operating pressure of no less than 196 psi, and suitability for continuous municipal wastewater bypass pumping service. Interested parties can obtain complete specifications by contacting the township.All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled 'USED DIESEL-DRIVEN SELF-PRIMING BYPASS PUMP PACKAGE' and delivered to the Secretary of the Township at 244 Congruity Road, Greensburg, PA 15601, by 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026. Each bid must include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount. Bids will be opened at 8:30 A.M. on the same day at the Salem Township Municipal Building, located at the same address, and will be reviewed at that time. This notice serves as public notice for the meeting where bids will be considered for award on September 16, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Salem Township Municipal Building. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
