RFP for Cleaning and Sealing of Stamped Concrete

The City of Grand Ledge (City) is requesting sealed bid proposals for cleaning and sealing of all stamped concrete areas within the downtown and City-owned parking lots (see Attachment A: Maps). The successful bidder will provide all equipment, material, and labor for all services outlined in this RFP.The City does not guarantee a minimum value of the contract(s). Companies with demonstrated experience in cleaning and sealing of stamped concrete with an interest in making their services available to the city are invited to respond to the RFP. The submitted proposal will be used as a basis for awarding work.The goal of this project is to professionally clean and seal all designated stamped concrete areas within downtown Grand Ledge and City-owned parking lots to restore their appearance, protect the concrete from weathering and deterioration, and extend its useful life.
