Hennepin Avenue Dixon, Illinois 61021The project generally consists of removal and legal disposal of existing asphalt pavement; excavation and preparation of existing subgrade as required; grading and compaction; installation of 2-inch hot-mix asphalt binder course and 2-inch hot-mix asphalt surface course, for a total compacted asphalt thickness of 4 inches; traffic control; cleanup; restoration; and related work necessary to complete the project.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site walk will be held on September 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
