Sealcoating- Power sweep and clean the entire asphalt surface to remove dirt, debris, and oil.- Apply [two] coats of commercial-grade coal tar or asphalt emulsion sealer using squeegee or spray application.- Allow sealcoat to cure for the recommended duration before opening to traffic.d. Line Striping and Painting- Re-stripe all existing parking stalls, fire lanes, ADA accessible spaces, directional arrows, and other traffic markings to match current layout.- Use durable, DOT-approved traffic paint (white, yellow, blue, or red as appropriate).- Layout must comply with ADA and local code requirements.- Paint Fire curb with paint/sand mixture in front of the building – Approx 519 feet3.
