Trinity Mills LED Streetlight - Marsh Ln to Midway Rd

Trinity Mills LED Streetlight Project consists of Installation of 33 Pole Foundations, 15 pull boxes, and 3,925 linear feet of conduit, as well as other related items. All wire, poles, light fixtures, and power connection are to be supplied and installed by Oncor. The contractor shall furnish and install all materials and supply all necessary labor and equipment for a complete and finished project ready for use and operation by the City. The Engineering Estimate is $320,000.00    An optional to attend Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Conference Room 1W2 at City Hall, 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026.   Pre-bid questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be excepted until 4:00 p.m., September 11, 2026.   Should it be necessary, an addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.      Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Carrollton City Hall Exterior Improvements and First & Second Level Improvements, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual.       Vendors should not contact anyone other than Engineering for questions related to the proposal process.
