Abbey Lakes Regional Lift Station

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Abbey Lakes Regional Lift Station including but not limited to the construction of the proposed twelve-foot (12') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, ten-inch (10") diameter ductile iron riser piping and 12-inch (12") diameter ductile iron header piping with associated valves and coatings, odor control piping; fence and gates, site work, concrete pavement, 18-inch (18") and 24-inch (24") diameter on-site sanitary sewer piping and manholes including well pointing and dewatering as necessary, 12-inch (12") diameter on-site sanitary sewer force main, water line, standby generator and foundation, automatic transfer switch, lift station control panel and foundation, automatic telephone dialer, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire, construction of electrical service and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
