2026 / 2027 Street Maintenance Program

The City of Stephenville will receive sealed bids for the 2026/2027 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Stephenville City Hall, 298 W. Washington Street, Stephenville, TX 76401.Sealed bids shall be addressed to Meritt Kearney, Purchasing Manager. Bid envelopes shall be clearly labeled with ITB No., project name, bid opening date, and company name. Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at the above place and time. Any bid received after the stated closing time will be returned unopened. Work to be performed generally includes asphalt repair, chip seal application of emulsified asphalt and cover coat aggregate, and application of pavement markings to existing roadways. Bid quantities are approximate only; payment shall be for the actual quantities applied to streets within the City of Stephenville. A Pre-Bid conference has not been scheduled for this project. Project Information and Bid Documents may be found through the following designated websites: www.CivCastUSA.com and https://tx-stephenville.civicplus.com/bids.aspx. Project questions shall be directed to www.CivCastUSA.com. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Bid Documents are on file, for review only, at the office of the Purchasing Department, 298 West Washington Street, Stephenville, Texas 76401.Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany the bid.The City of Stephenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, or to process otherwise when the best interest of the city will be realized hereby. Bid award is not solely based on price alone.A bid may be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. No bid may be modified after above time and date. Bids shall be held firm for a period of 60 days unless otherwise stated.
